Reboot your system before trying this solution.
In - game , these settings can be easily changed by setting the video option to windowed mode , while in applications , you can easily adjust the pages .
Fix 13 - Check affected application
There have been several cases where the affected application was either not compatible with Discord's screen sharing with the audio or was causing various errors and issues. One such example is Mozilla Firefox .
These applications use multiple processes so they do not work properly. The process that owns the graphical windows is not the same process that creates the sound. Discord extracts sound from the window that is the graphical window, so screen sharing with audio doesn't work on them. In this case, you will have to wait for a suitable solution to this problem or use other alternatives.
Thank you for reading.
You must now be able to use the screen sharing utility with working audio in Discord. Comment and let us know the fix that worked for you.
