In some details, the Pulsefire incorporates a Pixart 3389 sensor that can reach a maximum sensitivity of 16000 dpi. In addition, the HyperX Pulsefire features 6 programmable Omron switches and a single RGB lighting zone, all configurable in the HyperX controller software. Apart from that, it features two rubber grips on both sides that allow precise movement when using it in fast-paced scenarios. The RGB lighting is located in the mouse wheel and the logo on the back and can be colored as desired with the 16.8 million color spectrum. Razer Basilisk
Razer Basilisk
Probably one of the leaders in gaming accessories, Razer has launched a new and improved mouse called the Razer Basilisk.
The basilisk is known for its form and functionality. As you can see, the Basilisk has a very ergonomic shape together with its thumb rest. The grip is reliable, firm but soft to the touch, giving you a great experience when you feel the mouse. There are also several programmable buttons on the mouse, including a DPI clutch, which is common on some other Razer mice.
The Basilisk incorporates a 16,000 DPI PWM3389 sensor that claims to be "gaming-optimized"\x9C? However, it is an excellent mouse for use in general but specifically for gaming. The Razer warranty says it's 50 million clicks, but with the various Razer products we own we're almost 100% sure that we've had 50,000,000+ clicks on most mice, what should we do say-we like games.
Overall, the Razer Basilisk is an excellent mouse with no notable flaws. You could pinch your pinky if you slide quickly to the right, but other than that the mouse is excellent overall in both functionality and looks, making the Basilisk a great contender on this list.

Corsair IronClaw RGB-FPS-Gaming-Maus
Corsair IronClaw RGB
Another big leader in gaming-specific components and accessories is Corsair with the IronClaw, an RGB FPS/gaming mouse.
The Corsair IronClaw features a very angular design with excellent grip and few programmable buttons to allow for maximum functionality. The left side of the mouse features a large rubber grip with several comfortable spots to rest your thumb on, which in turn is raised slightly to keep your thumb from rubbing your mouse pad. The ergonomic lines on the mouse allow it to fit any hand size, which is great if you're a palm-based gamer. The mouse also includes two RGB zones that can be programmed in the Corsair Utility software app.
For a few more technical details, the IronClaw features an advanced Corsair sensor that allows for up to 18,000 DPI, which can be adjusted in increments of one, allowing you to determine your perfect DPI setting. This is something unique to newer versions of Corsair products. The mouse also includes seven programmable buttons that allow for multiple configurations of your mouse. Like some of the other mice on this list, it features a durable Omron switch that's recommended for 50,000,000 clicks.
Because of this, the Corsair IronClaw ranks very highly on our list as it is an excellent mouse for any level or user. With its sleek aesthetic design, textured side grips, and lightweight, the Corsair IronClaw is a great mouse and should be considered when purchasing an FPS mouse.
Corsair Nightsword RGB-FPS-Gaming-Maus
Corsair Nightsword RGB
Another Corsair product, the Corsair Nightsword (RGB) is another big contender in the FPS mouse industry. This mouse is very effective and has a very attractive design. Something that sets the Corsair Nightsword apart from other mice is the contoured grip around the entire mouse.
While not as comfortable as the rubber grip, the top of the mouse has a plastic surface that has multiple grips to improve grip and can help with sweaty hands during high-intensity games. The mouse, as mentioned, also has a high thumb grip that sits on the right side to prevent your thumb from rubbing against the mouse pad. The Nightsword also has a cute RGB zone on the back and side, which again can be controlled in the iCue software.
Moving on to some more specs on the Nightsword, it features a Pixart PMW3391 that's built specifically for fast-paced gaming, bringing 18,000 DPI to the table. Additionally, like other new Corsair mice, the DPI can be configured in increments of 1 DPI, which again other mice don't attempt.
Overall, the Corsair Nightsword is a great mouse and shouldn't be overlooked when it comes to mice either. With its overall excellent performance and aesthetically pleasing design, but a relatively high price, this mouse is an eye-catcher.
Logitech G502 HERO
Logitech G502 HERO FPS Gaming-Maus
Logitech, a major supplier of peripherals, created the G502 HERO. This mouse is the ideal mouse if you want a good looking mouse that performs just as well. The G502 HERO is one of the products that has many features and the same/similar price as others.
The G502's aesthetic is designed to look very high-tech, which isn't a bad thing, and it has a lot of corners. The Logitech G502 is associated with many other Logitech products that have the colors Logitech Blue in the logo and 3 lines on the right side. Overall the design is very high tech and should not be overlooked if you are looking for a good looking mouse. So the mouse is very narrow, so if you have overly large hands, this mouse might not be for you.
Unlike others, the G502 has 11 programmable buttons located all over the mouse for great convenience, with the entire mouse covered in buttons! Tech-wise, the mouse features a HERO 16,000 DPI sensor specifically designed for gaming with incredible accuracy when used in-game.
In addition to programmable buttons, you can also set profiles for the mouse in the Logitech software. That means if you play multiple FPS games but prefer different sensitivity or button settings per game, you can customize which profile you want to use to ensure you're always at the top of your game.
Overall, the Logitech G502 Hero is one of the best programmable mice on this list, and while it's a bit more expensive than others on this list, it's definitely something to consider when shopping for a mouse.
