Reinstall the graphics driver

A number of measures have allowed many users to fix this problem. This includes reinstalling the graphics drivers in Safe Mode. In addition, you need to use a tool that completely removes all traces of the driver if you want to solve the problem. Try the following steps!

1. Locate Device Manager in the Start menu or use the Windows+R keyboard shortcut to open the Run dialog box. Type "devmgmt.msc" in the box and click "OK" to open Device Manager.
2. From this section, expand the "Display adapters" section, right-click on the AMD graphics card and select "Remove device" from the pop-up menu that appears.
3. Confirm any dialog boxes that may appear asking you to confirm your choices.
4. Next, download the display uninstaller and click on it in the list of downloaded files to launch the installer. Follow the on-screen instructions to install.
5. Use the Windows+R keyboard shortcut again, but this time type "msconfig" in the "Open" text box before clicking OK. The System Configuration window should now appear.
6. Be sure to click on the "Boot" tab and enable the boot options. Check the Secure Boot box and check the Minimal radio button.
7. Click OK and restart your computer. It should boot in safe mode. Open the display uninstaller in safe mode. It should automatically detect your graphics card in the Graphics Driver Selection section. It should be clickable.
8. Click Erase and Reboot (highly recommended) and wait for the process to complete. Open System Configuration again and uncheck the box next to Secure Boot.
9. After your computer restarts, be sure to visit the AMD support site to find the latest drivers for your graphics card. You can find it and click the submit button.
10. Then make sure you select your operating system, click the "+" button next to it, and click the download button for the driver you want to remove.
11. Once downloaded, run the installer file from the Downloads folder and follow the on-screen instructions to install it. Make sure your internet connection is disabled during installation. Check if there is a problem!

Note: Some users reported that they were able to solve the problem the same way. However, you had to run the installation file for the new driver in Windows 7 compatibility mode. To try this too, follow these steps!

1. Open the Downloads folder (or the folder where the driver installation file is located) and locate the file. Right-click on it and choose Properties from the pop-up menu that appears!
2. In the Properties window, go to the Compatibility tab, check the Compatibility mode section and check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" box.
   Make sure you select Windows 7 before clicking the "OK" button at the bottom of the screen.

Remove a specific policy

This is another solution that requires you to download the latest AMD drivers.
If you followed the steps in Solution 1, you should already have them on your computer. If not, download it and save the installation file on your computer. This method worked for many users, so follow these steps!

First, remove the AMD software from your control panel or settings.

Windows 10:

1. Use Windows key+I to open Settings. You can also click the Start Menu button and then click the gear icon in the lower-left corner of the Start menu to open Settings.
2. Then click to open applications. A list of all installed programs should appear immediately. So look for the AMD program entry in this list. Left-click and click the Uninstall button that appears. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Other Windows versions:

1. Open the Start menu and type Control Panel. Click on the first result displayed. Alternatively, use the Windows+R keyboard shortcut, type "control.exe" in the box, and then click OK.
2. In both cases, click on the "View by" option and change it to "Category". Be sure to select "Uninstall a program" under "Programs".
3. A list of all installed programs should appear. Make sure you find the AMD Software entry, left click on it and click the Uninstall button at the top of the window. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Once you have completed the above steps, you can proceed with the remaining steps.

1. First you need to boot into safe mode. Use the Windows+R keyboard shortcut again, but this time type "msconfig" in the Open text box before pressing OK. The System Setup window should now appear.
2. In it, go to the "Boot" tab and check the boot options. Check the box next to "Secure Boot" and place a radio button next to "Minimal".
3. Restart your computer and open any folder on your computer or click the Libraries button in DeepL Access. Select the This Computer option in the left navigation menu and open your local hard drive.
4. Open the Applications and Applications (x86) folders and remove the ATI or AMD folders inside.
   There may be an ATI folder at the root of your local drive (C:ATI) that should also be removed.
5. Then go to C->; Windows-> build right click anywhere in the folder and sort by-> details. Make sure you select the public key token from the detail list before clicking OK.
