Some Windows 10 users complain about a problem that occurs while downloading or updating apps from MS Store . If you encounter this problem on your computer, follow these fixes to solve the problem quickly.
Fix-1 Reset Windows Store
1. Click the Windows icon at the bottom left of the screen .
2. Type " wsreset.exe " there. Click wsreset .
You will see that a terminal has opened. You don't have to do anything.
Just sit back and Store should factory reset.
Fix-2 Patch Windows Store
It is very likely that Store files have been corrupted. Fixing will solve the problem.
1-Search for powershell in windows search .
2-Now right click and click Run as administrator .

1 - Search Change proxy settings
2-Click on INETCPL.CPL in the search result.
3-Now click on the Connections tab .
4-Then click on LAN settings .
5- Now uncheck the autodetect settings
6-Also uncheck the Use proxy server option.
Fix-4 Run Windows Store apps troubleshooter
Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter can detect the problem of store and fix the problem.
1. You need to access Settings.
2. Once the Settings window opens, click on the " Update & Security " settings.
3. Then you need to click on " Troubleshoot ".
4. After that, just click on " Additional Troubleshooter ".
5. Click on " Windows Store Apps " next to it.
6. Then click " Run the troubleshooter ".
Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter now detects if there is a problem with the MS Store .
Once the troubleshooter has fixed the problem on your computer, restart your computer to apply the fix.
After restarting, your problem should be resolved.
Fix-5 Check date and time-
MS Store will not work smoothly if the date and time are not set correctly on your device.
1. To open the Settings window, press Windows key+I .
2. Then click on " Time & language ".
3. Next, you need to click on " Date & Time ".
4. Just set the " Set clock automatically" setting to " Off ".
5. After that, set the “ Set time zone automatically ” settings to “ Off ”.
6. You need to click on " Change ".
7. To change the date according to your location, click " Date ".
8. Change the " time " in a similar way.
9. After setting the date and time manually, click " Change ".
10. When you return to the Settings window , scroll down and look for " Time Zone ".
11. Simply click the Time Zone drop-down menu and select the correct time zone from the list of available zones.
Close the Settings window .
Now restart your computer.
Fix-6 Check for updates-
Windows fixes critical bugs in the store with Windows Update . Check if a Windows update is pending.
1. Open the Settings window .
2. After that, click on " Update & Security ".
3. Just click " Windows Update ".
4. Then click " Check for updates ".
