Fic 4 : Unlink OneDrive Account
1. Click the OneDrive tray icon at the bottom right .
2. From the menu, select Help & Settings , and then select Settings .
3. From the OneDrive main menu, select the Account tab . Then click Unlink this PC to remove your current account.
4. At the confirmation prompt, click Unlink Account .
5. Restart your PC to complete the logout process.

Fix 5-Clearing Microsoft Office cached files
Using Office Upload Center for Office 2019, 2016, 2013 and 2010
1. Open the Start menu by pressing the Windows key and typing Office Upload . From the results , select Office Upload Center .
2. From the Upload Center , click the Settings menu .
3. In the Upload Center Settings , find Cache Settings and click Clear cached files to remove all temporary files associated with the Upload Center.
4. At the confirmation prompt, click Clear cached information .
5. After the process is complete, boot your system to check if the troubleshooter worked.
Using Office Options in Microsoft 365
Upload Center is being replaced for Microsoft 365 users, where files that didn't go through the upload process and need the user's attention appear under Files requiring attention. So the cached data can be cleared through any Office application menu options.
1. Open any Office app (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Go to the File menu and select Options .
2. In the Options window, select the Storage tab and scroll down to find Cache Settings . Click Clear cached files to remove the cached data files. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete cached files .
Fix 6 : Deleting identity keys via registry editor
Some users encountering this problem have reported that it may be due to an inconsistency with a corrupt identity value in the registry. This is also common for computers on a domain network.
1. Open the Run dialog box (Windows+R) and type regedit to open the Registry Editor . If prompted by the UAC , click Yes to grant administrative privileges.
2. In the Registry Editor , navigate to the location below or copy and paste it into the editor's navigation bar.
