"100% Disk Utilization" means that some processes will consume the entire read/write capacity of the disk and nothing will be left for the others to consume and run smoothly. This inevitably slows down the system as the system struggles to function properly. There are a number of reasons that could be at the root of the problem on your computer. Everything from malware to misconfigured browser settings can trigger this problem. But before you jump to the main, broader solutions, we recommend trying these quick workarounds.

10. Then click " Custom Size ".
11. Then set the "Initial size" and the "Maximum size" accordingly.
NOTE –
Using this formula, you can easily calculate the approximate magnitude of these parameters.
Initial size (MB) = the recommended size (MB)
Maximum Size (MB) = 1.5*1024* (Installed RAM in MB)
The initial amount of RAM should be the same as "Recommended:". In our case it is –
Initial size (MB) = 2938In our case, this system has 16 GB of RAM or 16*1024=16384 MB. So the “Maximum size (MB)” is –
Maximum size (MB) = 3*(1024*16) = 3*16384 = 4915212. When done, don't forget to click " OK " to save the settings.
13. If a warning message appears on your screen, click Yes .
14. Then click " OK ".
