 There are different ways to open the Active Directory using the command line and the other two methods. The main use of this tool is to manage the computer on a network like a profile picture, access and more.

Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) is one of the common features used by many Windows clients on a regular basis. Besides the fact that information is published and also managed, it also gives the impression of an object-centric perspective on the domain in the Active Directory environment.

There are several methods to open active directory users. Next, I mentioned all the methods to open Active Directory Users and Computers.

Method 1: Using the RUN command

1) Press Windows + R key at the same time

2) Type dsa.msc and click OK

3) The Active Directory window will open.

Method 2: Using Command Prompt

Here's how to open Active Directory Users from Command Prompt.

1) Press Windows key + R to RUN the application

2) Type CMD and hold the Ctrl + Shift + Enter key combination to launch Command Prompt in admin mode.

3) Now type dsa.msc and press Enter .

Method 3: Using the Control Panel

1) Press the Windows key

2) Type control panel and click on it

3) Now click on System and Security .

4) Now click on Administration .

5) Click Now a list of tools will appear. Under the list of tools find the Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) and then just double click on it.
